There are several features on this site designed to improve accessibility for users with disabilities. Some of these features are described below. This site contains no video or audio, nor any embedded third party plug-ins to function correctly.
Alt Tags
When relevant, images on the site contain “alt tags” with descriptions of the image, which aid users who listen to the content of the site by using a screen reader, rather than reading the site. Care has been taken to ensure purely visual graphics have blank tags.
Skip To Links
A “skip to” link provides users with a method for bypassing repetitive links and going directly to the main content each time a web page is accessed. Skip to links are at the top of each page, immediately before the content header title. These are labeled 'startcontent'.
Multiple file formats
Large documents, presentations, and other special publications
that are made available on the web site are generally available
in hypertext markup language (HTML) format. In some cases the site may
