To assist you in planning your event, we offer the following information, which outlines our available services and all charges involved.

The hall is available for renting at very reasonable rates. With over 7,000 square feet of rental space, we can accommodate up to 500 people. We have a commercial kitchen and bar facilities. Give our Post Commander, Franklin Stewart, a telephone call at the post at 254-697-2078 and arrange for an appointment.

Basic Overview of Charges

Deposit: $300
Rental Fee: $75 / hour
Commercial Kitchen: $100
Cleanup Fee: $125 up to 300 guests, $150 for 301-400 guests, $175 for over 400 guests
Security is required for events serving alcohol. Specific security hourly and travel fees are available upon request.

The post maybe laid out however you wish. On the web site we have sample building layouts for you to consider. There is even a blank one to come up with your own ideas. We are here to help you successfully plan and execute your event. There are also example photographs of a very intense high school prom decoration, when the hall was transformed with a "Hollywood" theme.

Rental Agreement Rule Highlights

No person(s) under 21 years of age are permitted in the bar. Parents or guardians may bring their children into the bar area as long as they remain with them.

All beverages will be purchased from the bar. Iced tea, coffee, hard liquor, and champagne are the only exceptions. Special orders may be made with the bar,

No firm agreement can be made for reservation until the rules have been read, the deposit made, and the agreements signed by the person(s) wishing to reserve the facility.

All fees are due 2 weeks before the event. Fees paid by check that are returned will result in rental agreement termination.
